The band of the week is Pierce the Veil! This post hardcore band was formed in 2006 in San Diego, California. The band was founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes and soon enough they added Tony Perry and Jaime Preciado to the mix. Pierce the Veil has released 3 studio albums, their latest being Collide with the Sky in 2012 featuring collaborations with Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens, Jason Butler of Letlive, and Lindsey Stamey of Oh No Fiasco. The album truly is phenominal, I believe it is some of their best work and the collaborations were a great addition because having other vocalists accented Vic's vocals very nicely. Some of my favorite songs off of the album are Hell Above, King for a Day (ft. Kellin Quinn), and A Match Into Water. You'll be sure to love Pierce the Veil if you like Sleeping With Sirens, Asking Alexandria, and Broadway.
